Hitchin Salto DMT is home to many GB international DMT competitors but we would still welcome new members. If you have quit gymnastics, tumbling or diving, you may find you enjoy and excel at DMT, so why not come along and give it a try? If you are a complete beginner, you are still welcome. Ages 6yrs to adult. Just give Lorraine a call to check training times.

The squad includes three Senior GB Internationals, four Youth Internationals and seven British Champions, training on three days of each week. Coached by top coach, Lorraine George, six club members represented GB in the World Championships and World Age Games competitions held in Canada in November 2007.

COME & TRY DMT

Ages 6yrs to Adult - All are welcome

Session times:

Tuesday 4.00 - 6.30 p.m.
Saturday 5.30 - 7.30 p.m.
Sunday 11.30 - 1.30 p.m.

Cost £5 per session

(Fees are payable monthly by standing order
and membership of British Gymnastics is
mandatory after two sessions)

Thanks to this funding, which allowed the replacement of our equipment when we were forced to seek a new training venue in 2006, six members of Hitchin Salto DMT represented GB in the World Championships and World Age Games, both in Canada in November 2007 and everyone is now training hard before trials begin for the European & European Championships in Denmark, May 2008.

If you don't fancy DMT, the centre also runs trampoline classes throughout the week.
