This is now our sixth annual event and each year the number of participants increases. It would be appreciated if you would email us to register your interest (even if you subsequently change your mind) giving us an estimate of possible numbers and categories of participants. (This can be amended when submitting payment) |
| Closing Date for Entries: | Entry forms should be completed and submitted with full payment postmarked no later than 16th February, 2010. (Entry fees are non-refundable in the event of non-participation). |
| Substitutions: | Substitutions may be made, up to and including the day of competition, so long as there is no change of age group or category. |
